Terms of Agreement
Welcome to MyTidySpace™, a registered trademark of Strategic Growth Finders LLC (“SGF”) that showcases home and office improvement projects submitted by independent consumers and professionals with the aim of inspiring like-minded improvement specialists to live mess free.
By submitting your photos and other information to SGF, you (“Submitter”) agree to the terms and conditions (“Agreement”) detailed herein.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
​1. PHOTOS AND VISUAL MEDIA: Submitter understands that they are submitting photos to be considered for purchase by SGF with a maximum payout consideration of $500 USD to be paid out in Amazon gift cards, should marketing management at SGF decide at its sole discretion to purchase photo(s) or visual media submitted by Submitter.
​Acceptance by Submitter or their Agent of payment for photo(s) or visual media constitutes Submitter consent to grant SGF irrevocable, exclusive, transferable, royalty free, license, to use in whole or in part, or to license or permit others to use in whole or in part, submitted photos, for promotional, informative and advertising purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.

2. WRITTEN CONTENT: Submitter further consents to grant SGF irrevocable, exclusive, transferable, royalty free, license, to use in whole or in part, or to license or permit others to use in whole or in part, submitted content other than photos, such as but not limited to project descriptions, product ratings, written comments, and other information for promotional, informative and advertising purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without payment or consideration, notification or permission.
3. INDEMNITY: Submitter acknowledges and guarantees that submitted photos and content will not:
a) Infringe upon any copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property right or proprietary right or right of publicity or privacy.
b) Violate any laws.
4. DISPOSTION: Submitter further acknowledges that it is not the responsibility of SGF to store, delete, return or manage disposition in any manner, of the submitted photos and other content, nor copies thereof.
5. JURISDICTION: Any disputes or proceedings related or arising out of this Agreement will be governed by the substantive laws of Indiana, without regard to its choice-of-law provisions. Each Party hereto: (a) consents to and waives any objections to personal jurisdiction, service of process, and venue in the federal and state courts located in Indianapolis, Indiana; and (b) agrees that any Action arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be filed and prosecuted only in such courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement, and the parties hereby disclaim the application thereof.
